This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.studiotwentyfour.co and is operated by Studio 24 LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
We aim to provide high-quality products, experiences, and service. If something isn’t right, please review the policy below to understand when refunds or credits may be issued.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered preparation.
Once preparation has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number.
2. Food & Beverage Purchases
Due to the perishable nature of food and beverages:

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery

Photo evidence may be requested to verify the issue
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Merchandise & Non-Perishable Products
For physical merchandise:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be:

Unused and unworn

In original condition

In original packaging (if applicable)

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery

Include photos and a description of the issue
Studio 24 LLC will, at its discretion, issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost.
5. Events, Workshops & Experiences
Refund eligibility for events, tastings, workshops, or special experiences varies:

Standard events: Full refund available if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the event

Special or limited experiences: Refund terms will be clearly stated at checkout

No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
